  • 1 ½ cup of almond flour
  • 3 teaspoons ofbaking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 6 large eggs ( separated)
  • ¼ cream of tartar (optional)

PREPARATIONS :

The oven should be preheated to 375. You need to separate the yolks from the egg whites. Combine the egg whites with the cream of tartar. Beat them until you achieve soft peaks. Put the butter, egg yolks, almond flour, saltandbaking powder. Mix everything well until it becomes combined. The dough should be thick and lumpy until you add the whites. You can divide it in two parts so that you can mix it thoroughly. Add 1/3 of the beaten egg whites into the mixture with almond flour. Mix everything well. After that, add the rest 2/3 of the egg whites. Combine everything well. Make sure it isn’t overmixed so that your bread has volume! Use a buttered 8×4 loaf pan to pour mixture in it. Bake it for 30 minutes. Use a toothpick to make sure that the bread is well cooked. 1 loaf will give you 20 slices. Enjoy the rich taste!
