- 4 lemons
- 2 cucumbers
- 400 ml of water
- 2 handfuls of parsley
- Put all of the things above in a blender and blend them.
- You should now have a drinkable mixture.
- Consume two glasses of this a day.
- Do this over the period of one whole month.
- Take a two-week break and repeat.
